What to bring
Before kick-off (You must have)
- Football kit or tracksuit
- Football boots and indoor trainers
- Shin pads (must be worn)
- A packed lunch (no nut based food please)
- Enough to eat & drink throughout the day
- Sun protection (i.e. lotion/cap may be needed)
- Any medication you require e.g. Asthma inhaler
